Where do you ship from and what is the timeframe?
We manage our global supply chain through dedicated fulfillment centers optimized for our European clientele. We partner with premier carriers such as DHL Priority, FedEx, and UPS to ensure reliable service.

  • Estimated Delivery: 5 to 12 business days from dispatch.
  • Real-Time Tracking: You will receive automated updates at three key milestones: Dispatch, Sorting Hub Arrival, and Out for Delivery.

What if my order is delayed?
If your gear does not arrive within the 12-day window, please contact us. We will initiate a formal trace with the carrier immediately. If the parcel is confirmed lost or significantly delayed, we offer a full refund or a complimentary replacement.

All applicable taxes and import duties are included in your final purchase price. There will be no hidden fees upon delivery.

What is the “14-Day Right of Withdrawal”?
Per EU/EEA consumer protections, European customers have a 14-day cooling-off period. You may return your items for any reason within 14 days of receipt, provided they remain in original, unused condition.

How do you handle damaged or faulty goods?
We take pride in our rigorous quality control. However, if an item arrives damaged:

  • Email contact@outdoorlightgear.com within the statutory period.
  • Attach clear photographic evidence of the damage.
  • Once verified, we will issue a full refund or a new dispatch. Under our “Simplified Resolution” policy, you are typically not required to return damaged goods.
  • For ‘change of mind’ returns under the 14-day cooling-off period, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs to our New Zealand facility.
