    We utilize premium carriers (DHL, FedEx, UPS Priority) to ensure secure delivery to Europe.
  • Transit Time: Estimated at 5 to 12 business days.
  • Automated Tracking: Notifications are dispatched via email upon order fulfillment and milestone arrival at sorting hubs.
  • Non-Delivery Guarantee: If a shipment remains undelivered beyond the standard window, we will conduct a 48-hour investigation. If the parcel is deemed lost, a full refund or immediate replacement will be provided at our expense.

    All orders to Europe are shipped Delivered Duty Paid (DDP). The purchase price includes all applicable customs duties and local VAT. You will not incur any additional hidden fees upon delivery.
  1. Right of Withdrawal & Refunds (EU Residents)
    In compliance with EU Consumer Law, residents of the European Union have 14 days to withdraw from the purchase for any reason.

    The risk of loss or damage remains with CAMPING LAB LIMITED until the physical delivery is confirmed at your nominated address. Ownership transfers to the consumer upon successful delivery.

    Every item undergoes a pre-dispatch inspection in Auckland. If an item arrives damaged:

  • Upon verification, we will issue a replacement or refund.
  • Zero-Return Policy for Damage: To minimize customer inconvenience, verified transit-damaged items typically do not require return shipping.
